Joseph “Brent” Adkins

Joseph “Brent” Adkins

Manager

Brent is a native of Stringer, Mississippi.  Brent first trained with Mims-Mitchell Funeral Service in Magee MS, from 1983 till 1985.  He then graduated the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service where he became a Certified Funeral Director and Scientific Arts Specialist in 1987.


Brent is licensed and certified as a Prearrangement Specialist.  Brent has been in service to families for over 37 years. Brent spent fifteen years at Memory Chapel in Laurel and the past fourteen years at Edmond Fahey in Bay St. Louis. MS.  Brent is married with a daughter and is a resident of the Bay.

Christopher O’Keefe - Chris is a licensed Funeral Director and is a licensed and certified Prearrangement Specialist. 


Chris is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a sixth-generation family member in the business. He is a graduate of Gulfport High School and the University of Southern Mississippi with a Mathematics and Business degree. Chris also has a Masters in Theological Studies from the Austin Graduate School of Theology in Texas. Chris spent approximately 15 years in the Telecommunications Industry before joining the company. 


He and his wife own the 13th Street Salon in Gulfport, MS. They have been blessed with two daughters and a son and are members at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis.

Kathleen “Kathy” Green

Kathleen “Kathy” Green is a Funeral Service Licensee which includes the specializations of Funeral Directing and The Scientific Arts of Embalming.


Kathy is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She attended MS Gulf Coast Community College where she obtained an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She is licensed and certified as a Prearrangement Specialist.  Additionally, Kathy maintains her Certified Crematory Operators License for the State of Mississippi. 


Kathy has been serving the families along the Gulf Coast over the past 25 years with her most years of service at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home. Kathy is married with children and grandchildren.

Michelle “Shellie” Levine Maughan

Administrator

Shellie is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from St. Martin High School. She obtained an associate degree in Applied Science/ Banking & Finance from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and a bachelor’s degree in General Studies/Emphasis in Business from William Carey University. 


Shellie worked with the People’s Bank of Biloxi for 15 years prior to joining Edmond Fahey where she has been now for 6 years. She has four children and four grandchildren.

Jeffrey H. O'Keefe Sr.

Jeffrey H. O'Keefe, Sr. is a 5th-Generation family member to assume the helm as owner of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, Inc.

Jeff is a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Biloxi. He began his apprenticeship training with Bradford - O'Keefe in 1970. He Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and assumed the accounting for the organization in 1981. Jeff has remained an active USM Alumni having served on its Foundation Board and was inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame in 2005.

He is a licensed funeral director and currently serving his second Gubernatorial Appointment on the Mississippi State Board of Funeral Service, which licenses and regulates funeral homes within the state, serving as its Chairman for 2018 and 2019. He is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, the Mississippi Funeral Directors Association, and the Selected Independent Funeral Homes association.

Jeff is a Director on Board with The People's Bank of Biloxi and was recently elected to the parent holding company board, Peoples Financial Corporation. Jeff is also a Director with Merit Health, Biloxi.

Peggy Roberts

Cemetery Division Manager

Peggy Roberts has been a Family Service Counselor for Southern Memorial Park Cemetery in Biloxi, Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport and Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach for the past 16 years. Peggy brings a wealth of compassionate experience in assisting families coast wide.  She works as the Cemetery Division Manager at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Ocean Springs, D’Iberville Memorial Park Cemetery in D’Iberville and Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum in Bay St. Louis.  



Peggy is a resident of Pass Christian and a member Edgewater Christian Fellowship Church in Biloxi.  She also serves as a certified and licensed prearranged funeral specialist for Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home and Edmond Fahey Funeral Home.
