Veronica Cordes Garrett

She was a long time native of New Orleans, LA who retired to Waveland, MS with her husband.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ashley Chaix Garrett; her beloved children, Lois Garrett Bonck, and Louis Ashley Garrett; her parents, Joseph and Theresa Cordes; her siblings, Paul Cordes, Gordon Cordes, Theodore Cordes, Johnny Cordes, Margaret Kraemer, and Lillian Bradford.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Goyette; her loving daughter, Carol Igau (Ronald); her loving grandchildren, Tracy Lammert (Scott), Michael Bonck Jr., Michelle Bonck Bailey; and her beloved great grandchildren, Ashton Michael Bailey, and Brianna Bonck and her beloved dog, Sassy.

Family and Friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home: 110 Necaise Avenue, Bay St Louis, MS 39520 on Friday, April 22, 2022. Visitation begins at 2:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 4:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery in Bay St. Louis, MS.
