Linda B. Koenenn, 75, of Kiln, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Linda was born on August 31, 1949 in Bay Saint Louis, MS. She was a lifelong Catholic and member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Kiln, MS, where she volunteered as a CCD teacher. Linda loved working in the yard and gardening. But most of all, she loved her family, especially cooking and hosting everyone over for meals.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Dorothy Bounds; and niece, Lindy Bounds.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Thomas "Tommy" Koenenn, Sr.; two children, Thomas "Tommy" Koenenn II (Sherry) and Yancey Koenenn (Sallie); six grandchildren, TJ, Cody, Sharlee, Christopher (Kristian), Cameron, and Amber; ten great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Haysten, Bryer, Brixton, Benton, Kayon, Piper, Oliver, Noah, and Magnolia; siblings, Otis Bounds and family, Terry Bounds and family, Peggy Gonzales and family, Rodney Bounds and family, and Savanna Bounds; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A wake will take place at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay Saint Louis on Monday, February 17, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. A visitation and Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Annunciation Chapel on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. and Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place following Mass at Rotten Bayou Cemetery in Diamondhead, Mississippi.
