Kenneth Martin Taylor

Kenneth Martin Taylor, 66, of Pass Christian, MS, passed away in his home on Thursday, December 7, 2023.

Kenneth was born on July 20, 1957 in New Roads, Louisiana. He had what he would describe as a "great life" and wouldn't have traded it for another. He took his roles in life as father and grandfather very seriously. He loved his family, especially his seven grandchildren. Today, he would want his grandchildren to know that Pawpaw is very proud of them and will be watching them grow and watch them achieve their dreams from heaven. In his own words, "I am here and will be here looking down and will always be loving you, but gotta go explore heaven now."

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Joseph Taylor, Sr.

He is survived by his three children, Michael P. Herrington (Hanna), Samantha S. Taylor (William), and Christopher K. Taylor; mother of his children and lifelong love, Melanie Taylor; seven grandchildren, Spencer Herrington, Tristan Robinson, Chase Herrington, Andrew Herrington, Maddox Taylor, Holly Taylor, and Lennox Herrington; mother, Leanna Kent (Joe); three siblings, Gwendolyn Taylor, Donna Holifield (Ray), and Jesse "Jay" Taylor (Charlotte); and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
