Helen Delois McKee, 92, of Waveland, MS passed away Monday, September 25, 2023, at her residence.
Ms. McKee was a member of Long Beach Baptist Church in Long Beach, MS.
She was a member of Meridian Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, member of Meridian and Jackson Chapter of American Business Women's Association.
She enjoyed RVing, gardening, quilting, rock hounding, sewing, oil painting, flower arranging, gemology, traveling, and service work at church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Cullie Allen; father, Arville Allen; husband, J.O. McKee, Sr.; two sons, Charles "Chuck" Tarbox, and James McKee, Jr.; two brothers, Jack Allen and Randolph Allen.
She is survived by two daughters, Jacquelyn Sue Tarbox and Karyl Dearman (Terry); son, Craig Edwin Tarbox; five grandchildren, Dawn Bond, Lindsey Bird (Daniel), Jennifer Brandsitter, Matthew Tarbox, and Joey Duett; nine great-grandchildren, Nolan & Lyndon Bond, Evan Grace, Brady, and Tatum Brandsitter, Benjamin, Madeline, Patrick, and Susannah Bird.
A private graveside service at Meridian Memorial Park in Meridian, MS will be held at a date.
