Edward "Buddy" Carver was born in Bay St. Louis, MS to Andrew and Vivian Carver. He worked with Diamondhead Water and Sewer Department where he later retired. He loved to operate heavy equipment. His favorite past-times was joking, laughing, and talking with anyone that crossed his path. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren were his world, especially fishing with his great-grandson. He loved so many children that has came into his life over time. He was a avid Trump supporter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Vivian Carver; son, Barry Carver; sisters, Joyce Bermond, Margie Schultz, and Myrna Favre; and ex-wife, Winnie Carter.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Carver; daughter, Bridget (Jody) Ladner; step-daughter, Sheila (John) Island; step-son, Douglas “Bubba” Busby; brother, Gene (Linda) Carver; grandchildren, Brittney (Cody) Parker and Destre (Kimberly) Ladner; great-grandchildren, Brayden Ladner, Faithlynn Ladner, Railyn Parker, Brielle Ladner, and River Ladner; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday December 29,2023 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home, 110 S. Necaise Ave, Bay St. Louis, MS with Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m.
