Cheryl Miller Palmquist, 68, of Waveland, MS, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023.
Cheryl was a talented artist, especially with drawings, and loved crocheting. Her family and her dog were very important in her life.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her mom, Carla "Jan" Stroud; brother, Donnie Stroud; and son-in-law, Jason Bond.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Richard "Rick" Palmquist; daughter, Carla Bond; grandchildren, Amber Paine (Thomas Fountain), Timmithy Miller (Rebecca), and Dylan Necaise; great-grandchildren, Ethan Young, Mackenzie Miller, Thomas "TJ" Fountain, Eleanor Miller, and Emmarie Fountain; and numerous nieces and nephews. And we can't leave out her beloved dog, Rocky.
The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
