Cecil Eugene Jeffrey

Cecil Eugene Jeffrey, 77, of Bay Saint Louis, MS, passed away on October 22, 2023.

 

Cecil was born on October 22, 1946 in Cleburne, Texas. He graduated from W. W. Samuell High School in Dallas, Texas. Cecil served in the U.S. Air Force and worked at Dr. Pepper Bottling Company of TX for over 30 years. After retirement, he moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, which he loved due to his love of fishing, boating, and the coast in general. He also loved to play bingo and go to the casinos.

 

Cecil was preceded in death by his previous wife, Cheryl Ann Jeffrey; his parents, Frances Margaret Jeffrey and Willie Artist Jeffrey; sister, Mary Jeffrey Stanglin; and brother, Jimmie Glenn Jeffrey.

 

He is survived by his wife, Marta Rose Mullarkey; son, Mark Alan Jeffrey (Mary) of Riverside, CA; daughters, Melissa Camille Spannuth (Justin) of Blandon, PA and Sherri Lynn Ramirez of Canton, TX; son, Christopher Adam Mullarkey of Pensacola, FL; two granddaughters, Hannah Jeffrey and Isabella Ramirez; two grandsons, Tristan Spannuth and Riley Spannuth; and great-grandson, Jaxson Spannuth.

 

Services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay Saint Louis, MS. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. Funeral at 12:00 p.m.

 

Interment will take place at a later date at Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas.
